WSTA is an association that focuses on education. In today’s world it is difficult enough to find people to work. Finding good people is next to impossible.
By focusing on the employee training, WSTA has been able to give peace of mind to their members. This training gives each member’s employees the ability to advance on topics such as tone, dealing with difficult callers, helping problematic clients, holiday survival as well as the importance of what they do.
The last 65 years has seen smaller associations fold into what WSTA is today.
